On 1 August 2026, the Kazan Family Centre hosted a grand celebration for all aviation enthusiasts – “I Choose the Sky!”. The event’s goal is to popularise aviation, enhance the prestige of engineering and technical professions, and showcase the strength of the domestic aviation industry.
About the Event
The key event was a large Career Guidance Alley, where the republic’s largest aircraft manufacturing companies and specialised educational institutions presented their platforms.
Visitors were given the opportunity not only to get familiar with career opportunities but also to experience cutting-edge technologies firsthand: assemble an airplane fuselage in virtual reality, practice flying copters in simulators, and create aircraft components using 3D pens in the aircraft modeling area.
Those who have already contributed to the industry’s development were given special recognition: a gala awards ceremony was held for distinguished workers in Tatarstan’s aviation industry. The celebratory atmosphere was enhanced by concerts by local stars, themed workshops, and a vibrant gala concert.
